“Developed a complete architectural design in collaboration with us for a plantation style home. The design included everything – wiring, elevations, exterior design elements, and build from design drawings. The house was 4400ft2 heated and more than 2000ft2 of decks, garage and screened and unscreened porches. The home was designed to meet fortified design standards resisting hurricane winds up to 150mph. In the first three months in this home it is highly energy efficient. Our utility costs are 50% of the previous rental home we were in which was only 2200ft2.”
